We were not fortunate enough to meet Cash but he was obviously a strong, loving boy as shown by his tremendous group of friends. We are sending our love from New Hampshire and truly appreciate the time you have taken to open your hearts to us.

His life was like a shooting star, quick, fleeting, bright, intense and witnessed by many around the world. He will be missed, but not forgotten.
Our minds and thoughts are with you, alas we cannot be there in person.

Under Cash's crib stands a white billygoat. The goat went to market. That's what you will do one day. Raisins and almonds, sleep, Cash, sleep.

Dear Teri and Page. This is a yiddish lullaby that my grandmother would sing to me when I was a baby and it is something I sing to Edda and Iris. We (her grandchildren) sang it to her in March when she was layed to rest. Right now we are singing it for you and cash.

Love to you.

Cash you were amazing, you were special, you were wonderful and you will be missed. You were such a blessing to your parents who loved you dearly and a blessing to the rest of us who knew you. The world is a better place because of you. You may be gone but you will NEVER be forgotten.

We love you all so much.
